Went for a late lunch. Pork chop and boudin with jalapeno mashed potatoes and mushrooms salad. Loaded baked potato with brisket. Both were delish
Absolutely amazing BBQ!! The blackened turkey deserves an award. Wow! The beef ribs have to be the best in Texas. Utterly impressed. Eating in air conditioning would’ve been nice but the food made up for it.
5 star food at a 2 star price. We can usually make 2 meals from one plate especially with their bbq sandwiches. KB's is a family owned and operated company that aims to please. Their coleslaw is the best I have ever had.
Ok this is a really traditional Texas BBQ joint. Place your order at the counter and then take it back when it's ready. It's got oodles of atmosphere, especially if you go on a night they have music. It is a more than a little loud though (if the owners are reading this spring for a sound board and someone who knows how to use it). Anyway, the pork and the ribs were awesome! Tender, flavorful and a joy to eat. The brand were too. I had some of my wife's marinated mushrooms and those were delicious too. I will go back next time I'm in Victoria.
